When a sensor triggers, whether it’s a door contact or a motion sensor, a signal reaches our monitoring center within seconds. A trained operator reviews the alert and calls the phone numbers on file to confirm whether it’s a genuine event or a false trip. If we can’t reach you, or the alert is confirmed, we contact local law enforcement directly and stay available to relay any details they request.
