Nighthawk Security installs access control for businesses in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and across the Twin Cities. Each person gets a keycard, fob, or code instead of a key, you decide which doors and hours it works for, and you can turn it off the day someone leaves.

Each controlled door gets a reader and an electronic lock. When someone presents a keycard, fob, or PIN code, the system checks that person’s permissions before it unlocks the door.
Our access control is a standalone, cloud-managed service, so you can add a new hire, change a schedule, or cancel a lost card from a browser or phone. Nothing has to be rekeyed.
The system logs every entry, so if something goes missing you can see which credential opened which door, and when.
Access control handles who gets in during business hours. Your monitored alarm protects the building after hours, and we design the two together so door schedules and arming times match.
With video surveillance at the main doors, you can also see who walked in when a card was used.
We start with a no-cost, no-obligation on-site evaluation to see which doors need control, what lock hardware you have, and how your staff come and go. You get a written quote for that property.
After installation we set up your users and schedules and show your manager how to change them. If questions come up later, you call us directly.
Your business reports to a UL Listed, TMA Five Diamond certified central station staffed around the clock, with redundant centers in Florida, New Jersey, and California. When a sensor triggers, a trained operator reviews the alert, works through your account’s call list, and dispatches police or fire when the event is confirmed or no one can be reached.
We hold a BBB A+ rating, a 4.7 out of 5 rating on Angi, and Minnesota license TS000435. Every commercial plan is custom designed after a no-cost, no-obligation on-site evaluation, using Resideo and Honeywell Home equipment, so you’re never locked into a proprietary system.
Light commercial burglar alarm installation starts at $299, and most commercial accounts run on a five-year agreement. Access control and video are quoted per property after a no-cost, no-obligation on-site evaluation, so you only pay for what your building actually needs.

Access control is quoted per property after a no-cost, no-obligation on-site evaluation, because the price depends on the number of doors, the lock hardware, and how many users you have.
We’ll recommend keycards, fobs, or PIN codes during the evaluation, based on how your team works.
